Reporting a Bug
If you’re reporting a bug or technical issue, please include:
- The URL of the page where the issue occurred
- Your browser and device (e.g. Chrome on iPhone, Firefox on Windows)
- A description of the problem — what happened vs. what you expected
- A screenshot if possible
This helps us find and fix issues much faster.
Response Times
We aim to respond to all messages within 2–3 business days. Takedown requests are prioritized and acknowledged within 5 business days.
We are not able to respond to spam, promotional messages, or link exchange requests.
